Taco Casa better than taco bell.

My issues is the sloppy food, the food is good, but is always leaking out and messy when you pick it up. You have to reroll your burrito.

Ordered super nachos to go chips on the side.. There was about a spoon full of beans and a spoon full of meat with maybe 10 pieces of tomatoes in the container !! Maybe 2 dollars at the most worth of food !!

Food is always good. Hot and fast. Service was great and friendly. Restaurant was very clean.

I love this place. The food is always very delicious and fresh. The service is awesome, and the workers are super friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. Definitely the best fast food place in town, and you get a lot for your money.

It was a very good experience. They also learned that their restaurant does accept Samsung Pay. So often I get told at various places that they don't accept Samsung Pay, only for them to be amazed that their registers do accept it. The food was good too. It's Taco Casa. I'm sure by now, we all know Taco Casa.

Met the family there. Not my kind of food and they didn't have anything I would eat. Had a drink and enjoyed the company. The bathroom didn't have a changing table for my nephew which was inconvenient. The staff was friendly.

Clean place to eat, and food always comes fast after ordering. Just find it odd you have to say how many sauces you want, but yet they are free.

This particular Taco Casa was Wonderful.The Servise was friendly,professional and fast.The food was very good.The Resteraunt itself was cleaner then I have ever seen a fast food place.I also very much admired that Taco Casa hires special needs people...that is such a Blessing💖

Rated a 3 due to the drive thru line and the overall wait. I think the manager needs to assign the walk up service drive thru to someone who is enthusiastic and energized. Our server was nice but lethargic and you can tell the back and forth was a challenge for her. In this visit, it seemed like the food was a bit on the salty side for some reason. Overall, the order was delivered accurately.

I am not sure how much slower this place could be with 2 lines going at the drive thru - MY LAST VISIT - JUST TOLD MY ORDER WAS GIVEN TO ONE OF THE MANY CARS IN FRONT OF ME - Who’s on First?!?!?So I wait for my order to be remade and ask the lady at the window to reverify my order - which she said she did and I get home and am missing part of my order - AFTER WAITING IN THE DRIVE THRU 20 minutes and the lady at the window “REVERIFIES THAT ALL OF MY ORDER IS THERE!!!The person on the phone asks “Do you want to come back and get the item you did not get home with” - REALLY - AFTER SITTING IN YOUR LINE AND BEING ASSURED MY ORDER IS ALL THERE - NO I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST and I AM SURE THE MANAGER HAS AN “oh well” attitude regarding CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF”!!!!

Taco casa is great in Granbury. The regular tacos are good and so are the soft tacos. Chiladas are a definite favorite in our house. You can't go wrong with a super tostada or taco lite or super nachos...lots of great options to choose from. And don't forget the sweet tea.

Terrible service, ordered 2 soft tacos to go and bought a gift card waited waited over 30 minutes. When multiple other customers that had come in after us were had there orders and left. Including employees parents that came in after 10 other customers ordered they ordered and got their food 2 minutes after ordering. So its very noticeable that you have to know an employee to get you freaking order in a reasonable amount of time.

Always good service. Whether we eat there or go through drive through, food is consistently good as is their ice tea. Enjoyed the coupons from last year until this month. Please bring the coupons back!

Average fast food Mexican food. Best part is the sweet tea. I go here once a week just for the tea and since I am already there will grab a super burrito. The tea is good enough to make up for the average food.

The food is so good! I have been to the one in Abilene and Granbury, Tx. The service is wonderful. The one in Abilene played Christian music. I was singing while I ate! We are getting one in Lubbock can't wait until it opens!! I will be there!! Love the soft tacos and and the Chilada😍

The employees just don't give a heck,about how they prepare the food

It was really busy but yet they brought out our food only like less than four minutes after we ordered and it was hot. Later when. I got up to order Casa Delights they were ready before I even left the counter. And this one lady. She walks around and is so nice to everyone. She almost always is there. She even knows most people by name.

Customer service amazing!

Usually pretty good food. One time we asked everyone for their order and my mom said she didn't want anything until we had already ordered at the box, then she said she wanted a super burrito. So when we got to the window, we asked the cashier if we could add one more super burrito. Sure totally could have told us no, I would have understood. But she said yes and told the cook and we heard a very loud and clear "REALLY!?!" from the back. Lol. Not the most professional, but it was pretty funny. Those folks work hard.

I love their super salad. Very friendly staff. Better than a lot of chains. I just love it here.

Love this place! Wish we had them in Northern NY. Nothing like TB. Tacos were full of meat and toppings, Burritos were huge and very tasty. Well eat there again. Thanks.

Bad service by cashier and they replaced my combination burrito and frijoles from a previous order and both were suppose to have sour cream but they didn't put it any on the combination burrito. Frijoles was nasty with too much sauce in the cup.That was thrown in the trash. Manager made up excuses for the cashier. Bad service in the drive thru. Love taco casa but tired of paying for sloppy food. Inside service from now on. Everytime I go in taco casa after 6pm. Service is much better and food quality is excellent. That's the best comment I can give for the after 6pm crew members.
